My role

Construction Manager, SRM Construction. I managed procurement, project financials, subcontractor coordination, billing and owner reporting.

Scope

Coordinated trade buyout, contract scopes, cost projections and changes through construction and closeout for the affordable housing development.

Result

The project finished three months ahead of the contractual schedule. The certificate of occupancy was issued on January 14, 2026, allowing residents to begin moving in.
