My role

Construction Manager, Apple Fit Out Interiors. The project scope was execution of the interior fit-out, with design and technical coordination, procurement and site delivery.

Scope

Coordinated specialist finishes, imported lighting, the storefront and back-of-house kitchen. Procurement had to account for custom materials and the mall’s fire-rating requirements.

Result

The restaurant fit-out was completed in 2016 over a four-month program, bringing the dining areas, servery and kitchen into one operating space.
