My role

Construction Manager, Apple Fit Out Interiors. I coordinated design and technical submissions, procurement and delivery of the clinical and public spaces.

Scope

Fit the clinical program into the mall unit, including examination rooms, a lead-lined X-ray room, reception, waiting areas and a pharmacy. Material selection had to meet mall and Dubai Health Authority requirements within the project budget.

Result

The four-month project delivered the medical center and pharmacy interior in 2017. The gallery pairs design proposals with completed reception and waiting spaces.
