My role

Pre-Construction Manager, JBC Design-Build / Joga Ram Group. My work covered estimating, design coordination, finish procurement and subcontractor selection.

Scope

Coordinated the design and procurement of timber slats, marble finishes, glass partitions and integrated lighting, including the transitions between walls and ceilings.

Result

The club interior was delivered over a two-month program in 2018. The gallery shows the design proposal, installation stage and completed lounge and meeting room.
