Pre-Construction Manager, Joga Ram Group. My responsibilities included estimating, procurement and subcontractor coordination.

Scope

Coordinated execution of the retail interior, including product displays, solid wood finishes and fire-rated materials required by the mall.

Result

The single-level retail fit-out was completed in 2017 over three months.
